She has a long history of training and development and consulting work, specializing in Deaf services consulting, executive coaching, and leadership development training.
She was the lead consultant on the team to establish Mental Health residential services at Advocates, Inc in MetroWest as well as the lead consultant on a team to establish The Deaf Blind Community Access Network at DEAF, Inc in Brighton.
